George C. Hadjikyprianou is the founding partner of G.C.Hadjikyprianou & Associates LLC. He is a dual qualified advocate and a member of both the Cyprus Bar Association as well as the Athens Bar Association (as a European Lawyer). Prior to being called to the Bar, George completed his LLB in Law graduating from the University of Leicester (with First Class Honors) and subsequently obtained an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law (with Distinction) from UCL. He is also a Ph.D. (Cand) on Corporate and Commercial Law with a particular focus on modern corporate restructurings and on the related rights of the key stakeholders. George is the author of several publications in leading law journals in the areas of corporate, commercial, banking, employment and data protection law.

Following the completion of his legal studies, George worked as a legal trainee both in a Top Tier ranked firm in the United Kingdom as well as in a leading Cyprus law firm. Upon completion of his legal training and admission with commendation to the Bar as an Advocate of the Supreme Court, he has held roles in Corporate, Commercial, Banking, Data Protection and Employment law teams of both a leading Cyprus law firm as well as a Big4 member firm. He has extensive experience across a broad range of sectors with a particular expertise on complex corporate restructurings and business transformations as well as in employment law related matters.

George has served for several years as the Vice President of the Cyprus Young Lawyers Association (CYLA) and represented CYLA in the International Young Lawyers Association (AIJA) and the European Young Bar Association (EYBA).
