Pursuant to art. 18 of the Legislative Act dated 30.03.2020, measures announced by the Greek Government aiming to support the businesses during the COVID-19 crisis, the operation of the Central Registry of Beneficial Owners was suspended for three months (30.03.2030 – 30.06.2020).

The relevant deadlines for the registration of the liable legal entities’ beneficial owners with the relevant electronic system are also suspended for the same period.

This suspension period shall not count towards the 60-day maximum term stipulated in art. 20 par. 13 of Law 4557/2018.
